Sharon

When you call 01460 73570 Sharon’s will be the voice on the end of the phone because as our Receptionist she is the first port of call! Sharon has been with AllGlass & Glazing since 2016 and we get no end of compliments regarding her bubbly personality and efficient disposition. A busy bee due to the variety of tasks her role requires, Sharon is here, there and everywhere day-in and day-out. From taking messages, to doing quotations and organising the diary to completing registration admin, Sharon’s desk is a hive of activity.

Outside of work Sharon’s loves are sunshine, kitty cats and reading. She is a quiz master with a thirst for knowledge and a brilliant sense of humour. Calling us today is sure to brighten your day with Sharon answering your call!

Leigh

A true veteran, Leigh’s tenure at AllGlass exceeds the ten year mark. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to glass and a great relationship with our trade customers who come to her with questions, quotes and orders. Precise, organised and methodical, Leigh is a natural with numbers and is on hand to assist with accounts should the need arise! As with Sharon, Leigh is a team player who covers reception, answers phone calls and helps with the financial side of the business when required. Customers often comment how good Leigh is at her job and she has a great working relationship with those she speaks to regularly. An integral part of the AllGlass family, we miss her greatly when she takes her annual leave and count down the days until she’s back!

In her free time, Leigh enjoys spending time with her friends and family, gardening and live music!

Gary

Gary was the first employee of AllGlass & Glazing and has been here ever since. He trained as a window installer under the wing of the late Jock Messer and now he’s our go-to man for all things PVC and aluminium. Gary is our surveyor so he visits customers in their homes, taking measurements and information for quoting and ordering purposes. Being a qualified installer, and having had over 30 years’ experience in fitting, he thinks about the install from a customer point of view and from a practical perspective. His knowledge is invaluable to us and his personable character makes him a popular choice with all he knows and visits.

Gary enjoys sport, football and running are firm favourites but a round or two of golf is not out of the question! He has a sweet tooth and enjoys a biscuit and a cup of tea. He has a great sense of humour and brightens up our day!

Rachel  

When Gary returns from his appointment, Rachel gets to work on the pricing. Liaising with suppliers and customers, she organises and administrates quotations and orders ensuring all the elements of the job are covered and everything is ready for the fitters when they come to install the sold jobs. Rachel first started at AllGlass in 2014. WE were delighted when she returned to us in January 2018 working in the sales office, she is so thorough and ensures the customers get all the information and options they request. She enjoys learning new things and developing her skills.

Rachel loves the beach and the sea, sunshine and animals. Rachel is partial to a spot of shopping, drinks copious amounts of coffee and sings out loud when she drives, getting funny looks from passers-by!

Hayley

Hayley is the General Manager of AllGlass & Glazing. From the moment she gets in to work to the moment she leaves, Hayley is busy! She oversees every aspect of the business from fabrication on the factory floor to the posting out of customer guarantees. Hayley recognises the power of team morale and is the first to step in where needed. As the daughter of Jock and Lesley Messer, AllGlass & Glazing is in Hayley’s blood. The passion and drive she has for the business is clear for all to see and she has whole of the workforce behind her.

Outside of work Hayley loves spending time with her friends and family. She loves the sun and holidays in France.
